Terms of Service

Last updated 27 August 2026

These terms cover your use of executiveos.dashcore.com, operated by Dashcore. Using the product means agreeing to them.

What the product is

executiveos.dashcore.com is a personal assistant for one business owner. It reads what you connect, keeps a record of what matters to you, tells you what needs attention, and carries out actions you approve.

It is one account for one person. It is not a shared workspace and there is no team access.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has access.

You must be at least 18 and using this for a business rather than as a consumer service.

What it may do on your behalf

Anything that leaves your account — creating a calendar event, moving a meeting, declining an invitation — is proposed to you first and carried out only once you approve it, unless you have explicitly allowed that kind of action to proceed without asking. You can change that at any time, and some actions always ask regardless.

You remain responsible for what goes out in your name. Approving something is your decision, and the assistant proposing it is not a substitute for reading it.

What it gets wrong

This product uses AI models, and they make mistakes. Summaries can miss the point, a sorted message can be sorted wrongly, and a fact it remembers can be out of date. Check anything that matters before acting on it.

Do not rely on it for legal, financial, tax or medical advice. It is an assistant, not a professional adviser.

Credits and payment

Work the assistant does costs credits. Your plan includes an allowance each month and you can buy more. Credits are consumed as work is done, and what each request cost is recorded and visible to you.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Unused credits do not have a cash value and are not refundable, though we will always look at a genuine billing mistake.

If a payment fails we will tell you and keep trying for a while before anything changes about your access.

Acceptable use

Your content

What you put in stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run the product for you, as described in the privacy policy. We do not claim ownership of anything you write or connect.

Availability

We aim to keep it running and we do not promise it never breaks. Outside services it depends on — Google, Microsoft, Stripe, the AI providers — can fail independently of us, and when that happens the affected part stops working until they recover.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so we will say why first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before whatever went wrong. We are not liable for lost profits or for consequences of decisions you made after reading something the assistant produced.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
